Glenn is an industry leading COO in the wealth management field, having special expertise in the development of scalable and efficient systems for delivering the highest quality client experience. Glenn is responsible for the management of The MDE Group and has played a critical role in building the $1.3 billion wealth management firm that has been consistently ranked by Barrons as one of the top in the nation.

Glenn also works closely with MDE’s CEO on strategic matters, including the recent development and launch of Risk 3.0™ Asset Management, LLC. Diversification didn’t work. Hedge Funds didn’t work. But the Risk 3.0 Investment Solutions are innovative Enhanced/Hedged ETF strategies which offer a new paradigm in investment management. They are designed to deliver stable and attractive returns in the new market realities of slow growth and continued volatility, punctuated by periodic crisis. The solutions are offered through the professional financial advisory community.

Glenn’s creativity and understanding of technology, finance, and investment analysis led to his role as co-creator of The Option Optimizer™ - a revolutionary tool for stock option exercise planning and analysis.

Glenn received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law and is a member of the New Jersey Bar. He graduated cum laude with a B.S. in finance and a minor in computer science from Rutgers College and Rutgers School of Business where he was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society.
